Soundscaping Records
Soundscaping Records was officially launched January 2008, although Soundscaping has existed as a company and online magazine since April 2005.
What is special about 2008 however is our leap on to the next stage, which involves introducing ourselves as a small-scale, record label for electronic music purveying the finest sounds we know and have been promoting through the magazine section of Soundscaping.
It is with great pleasure we announce the imminent arrival of of our first album release by Christophe Bailleau with the flowing, dreamy masterpiece of Air Resort, scheduled for release in the autumn of 2008. Also, for customers buying the new Air Resort album, there resides a pleasant surprise in an exclusive download courtesy of Norwegian duo, Pjusk, who have crafted an excellent remix based on sounds taken from Christophe Bailleau’s album.
Soundscaping Records held its launch night on May 9th, at The Villa in Oslo, Norway, presenting a double live performance by Pjusk (Norway) and Morgan Packard (US). We will continue to promote our music by hosting concerts and events with our artists and other collaborators.
